- We strongly encourage bidders to arrange necessary financing ahead of auction day. Knowing the amount of a mortgage you are approved for determines how much you can pay for any property, no matter how you buy it. Bid with confidence.

- Close with cash or financing. You do NOT need to be an all-cash buyer to win with Legacy!

- Non-refundable buyer premium of ten percent (10%) of the winning bid will be added to the winning bid to equal the final sale price. This amount is due at the announcement of "SOLD!"

- Auction Day Registration: Bidders must present photo identification and a $22,500 bank cashier's check to register. Make check(s) payable to LEGACY AUCTION & REALTY. Balance of auction-day deposit, if any, is due by the winning bidder in the form of a personal or business check.

- The Winner! The successful purchaser will be required to deposit a bank cashier’s check for $22,500 and if necessary, increase the total deposit via personal or business check to 10% of the winning bid (hammer price). For example, a winning bid of $255,000 requires an additional auction-day payment of $3,000 ($22,500 + $3,000 = $25,500, equaling 10% of the winning bid).

- Broker Participation: Legacy Auction & Realty offers a Broker/Salesperson commission paid at closing to any licensed real estate brokerage who properly submits a Client Registration form and whose client is the successful purchaser of the subject property. Real Estate Salesperson or Broker must register their prospect by 48 hours prior to the Auction and attend the open house and auction events with the client.
