Flat front on base. Believed to be mahogany, but not guaranteed. Reverse painting on glass of bridge scene. No key included. Kept time for the hour we tested it, and chimed on the hour. This is what we experienced at the time of this listing. However, as with all of our timepieces, working condition cannot be guaranteed on day of sale or upon delivery. Please ask any questions before bidding. Base measures 12-1/4 inches wide by 4-1/4 deep, 16 inches tall.
