Very nice find and condition Cossack design saber and metal scabbard.
Hilt stamped 1919 as shown.
Unsure of markings, use your own expertise in determining what type/origin may be.
Also marked on the side of the brass pommel and the toe of the steel scabbard as well.
Blade is in beautiful condition as you can see, it is that nice of quality.
Pierced quillon finishes out the brass hand guard covering the wooden grips. 
Scabbard has a few dents as shown, good honest wear.
It shows so very well with finely ribbed metal, very minor paint loss and strong stampings.
Sword and scabbard fit well together.
