Possibly Mid-Century Modern. This piece has an amazing look to it. All metal, handmade, and comprised of thin metal rods brazed to pieces of metal making up the round base. Reminds us of swaying willows or wheat. The artwork is artist signed, however we cannot determine the artist's name. Measures 13 inch diameter base x 37 inches tall.
