Tortoise shell beaded purse. Snaps very strongly. Take a look how well this shows. Beads are in very good condition and still there in a floral pattern. Tortoiseshell round scalloped top with chain-link handle; celluloid likely, not real tortoise shell. Beaded material is coming off the opening frame as shown, and inside material is coming apart. Give her some TLC repair and this will be a fantastic handbag again.
