Welcome to the auction! Opening bids are always LOW and do not reflect the true value of any item. PHOTOS are the description; please view them all. You are bidding on the items shown.

YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Please call or email if you desire additional photos or description.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask if you seek further clarity.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. USPS money orders or checks (which must clear before item is released) are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330.

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise stated, items other than firearms and ammo are shipped through The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 3 business days following the auction. The UPS Store will contact you directly for delivery timing and payment when your package is ready. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes expensive, especially for large, heavy and/or expensive items. We have no control over prices charged for these services. For any questions regarding items to be shipped via The UPS Store, please call 570-839-8010. An estimate of the shipping cost will be cheerfully provided at your request.

Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale.

FIREARMS: BATF rules and regulations strictly followed.
Firearms and accessories will only be sold and shipped to the 50 states of the United States. 
Proxibid online purchasers must send us their FFL licenses. They must be emailed to: rich@bidlegacy.com to start shipping process. Firearms purchased in person will be tansferred by Northeast Firearms, Honesdale, PA.
Firearms purchased online will start to ship on Thursday, October 18th.
Know your local and state laws regarding purchase and possession of firearms, magazines, ammunition, and various accessories.
Firearms have not been test fired; have a qualified gunsmith inspect each firearm before firing. KNOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS regarding certain firearms that are allowed and/or banned. It is buyer responsibility to know these laws before bidding. Shipping charges are USPS label price plus $10 per handgun, or plus $20 per long gun. If your firearm includes its original box, as noted in its title/description, the box will be shipped separately by The UPS Store.
