This amazing coach/carriage rifle was built by Johann Mueller (Muller) of Bern (1800-1866)
Possibly 44 caliber
High grade European Walnut stock
Metal retains fair amount of original bluing, some turned white especially receiver tang and side plate
Wonderfully personalized with brass heart, star, and hammers inlay pieces
Left side of stock was said to have had a silver coin in it, replaced many years ago with wooden medallion
Crescent shoulder stock with oiler end as shown, awesome

Simply an amazing find
Rifle is a very nice example of the quality of a mid-19th century gun from Switzerland
