Bore is very good and shiny.
Steel butt plate with swinging tool door; no tools included.
Has bayonet lug, and elevated rear sights.
Nicknamed flatlatch.
Breech lock works very well and is marked.
Trigger and hammer work great; hammer locks in all three positions.
Wood and metal are in good condition with use marks as expected, nothing terrible.
Considering age, retains a good amount of original bluing.
Marked as shown including U marked forearm bands.
Marked VP F on barrel.
No cleaning rod included.
Great estate find, true survivor.
